We continue with the revolving loan scheme for our families that we introduced earlier. One of the families that has benefitted from the programme is that of Adrine Mbabazi. Her mum was facilitated with a simple loan to buy seed and she planted beans. They are growing fast as the rains are falling as expected this season. Harvesting will be in June/July. As we mentioned earlier, this is our focus programme this year because of its high impact on the welfare of the families. However, it still needs to be boosted so that we give families amounts that are favorable to invest for a high return.
Therefore we still call on our friends who are interested in boosting this fund with a contribution to get in touch with us for more details. This money doesnt go into the general sponsorship fund but remains in the loan fund and rotates among members as they take and repay in instalments.
