Our children are back in school. We are glad to report that 4 more children were added to the project when they got new sponsers late last year. We welcome the new sponsors and congratulate them upon joining the FALCO family. The new children have joined the rest at their new school where uniform, lunch and books, pencils, pens etc shall be provided by us. They are so happy.
We appreciate the sponsors who continue to talk to their friends and family about sponsoring a child. We hope that more shall pick interest and join us so that, together, we may give a future and new joy to the vulnerable children whose future is at stake because of the constraints of poverty and illiteracy.
We bring you images of some children at their school, which is a private school in the village near their homes. This school provides lunch for the children, which is not the case with other schools.
By solving the problem of school lunch for our supported children, we ensure that theyre able to concentrate in class and live healthier lives.
Many children fail to concentrate and sometimes even drop out of school due to hunger. Many families cant afford a daily lunch and so children get disoriented and some lose interest in studying.
