Out of poverty, one goat at a time!

Today we purchased a mature female goat for one of our families. This is Tugumisirize Evarist standing beside the goat immediately after receiving it.
This brings to 5 the number of families that have so far benefited from the goat distribution project. Our plan is that we keep adding more goats as the rotation goes on until every family has got. This is to supplement on other income generation initiatives that are in the pipeline. Each goat costs about $75 and if a family has about 5 goats we think it would be well on its way to financial security.
